"Great location if you want to explore the 100 islands as well as wanting to go to Bolinao & Patar beach to name a few. I wish we could've stayed longer. The Villa is amazing. "What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. "The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"This is a family owned and family run hotel that goes that extra mile that chain hotels cannot. If you decide to eat-in the meals are prepared and cooked with fresh ingredients and taste great. This was our second stay in two years and we plan to return later this year. "

"We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! "
