"The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

As we were the only ones that had booked for the day, he offered to show us our room other room that we could choose from but we decided to stay in our original room as there would be more light. As we’ve expected there are roaches in Philippines or other bugs, we didn’t expect it to be there in our room. There were a lot of small roaches and my husband had to kill a big one in the bathroom. "Affordable place. Not to our standards. However,if you want to tour 100 islands this place makes it so easy it was worth it. They have their own boat,trike driver. Will also help sign you in with tourism. Breakfast was good but overpriced. Also did not get free welcome drinks! Bring your own towels or be charged. "

We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house.
