" The hotel is conveniently near the bus station. However it’s on the third floor so it’s not very accessible and not recommended if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise it’s a nice clean facility and for 100 Filipino pesos you can jump on a Auto to 100 Islands "

We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. "The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"This is a family owned and family run hotel that goes that extra mile that chain hotels cannot. If you decide to eat-in the meals are prepared and cooked with fresh ingredients and taste great. This was our second stay in two years and we plan to return later this year. "

"We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! "

"Affordable place. Not to our standards. However,if you want to tour 100 islands this place makes it so easy it was worth it. They have their own boat,trike driver. Will also help sign you in with tourism. Breakfast was good but overpriced. Also did not get free welcome drinks! Bring your own towels or be charged. "
