"The service was simply excellent. We got a nice welcome drink and snack while waiting for our room to be ready (before check-in time), as well as some good tips for places to see and eat in. The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. We only had 1 night here, but we would definitely stay here again next time in Cairo."

Very close to shopping with affordable pricing, good food, transportation, it is in a very convenient location. Laundry onsite and next door. Toilet and shower worked as they should work. "We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
