"Hotel was very nice. Service very good. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Concierge missed sending our early morning wake up call request :( and did not advise us of 20 QAR per person cost for airport shuttle at departure. :( :( Restaurant simple meal quite costly and a can of coke was $8….ridiculous"

"The Hotel was in a very convenient location near shopping Malls, many restaurants and the Joan metro station was only a 10 minute walk. The room was nice and spacious with good views and facilities , staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for someone like me who likes to sleep early there was loud music playing till late every night. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay. "

I had a rough flight and had problems with my boarding pass. He and a couple of his colleagues came to the rescue – they couldn’t have been more professional, competent, and caring.
