"parking are not available 99% of the time, you have to walk for over 1km or you can park unleagelly like lots others as it is in the middle of computer centre of the city room very unclean, can't walk without a slipper in the room, sticky carpet, smelly room, other hotels around better and cheaper, was not available that day no kitchen service, kitchen extension never answered, no complimentary water or coffee/tea bags, coffee/tea cost 7 times more then normal prices, no food at the kitchen...

"No electric plugs anywhere near the work table nor the kitchen, nor the electric kettle. No hot water to shower on the first 3 days of my stay. No daily room cleaning. The name of the hotel is not on the front entrance, and the phone number listed is incorrect and irresponsive. Overall lousy hotel that should not be listed on Hotels.com because it lacks international standards."

"Small room with no windows, only one large towel provided (no hand towel) and housekeeping only seemed to happen if I specifically asked (4 day stay). No shower gel, just shampoo and a hard soap provided. The ‘gym’ was a joke….no free weights, the one treadmill didn’t work and the resistance machine was ancient and partly unusable. "First room was dirty. Second room was a tiny box not appropriate for a couple. Third room was a go. Construction noise next door was non stop. Key was reset daily. Bring your amenities. Staff was friendly but not very empathetic. "
