"The location is good in terms of restuarants and a mall close by. This area is mostly busy in terms of traffic, so getting to this area in the evening is longer. The room was very spacious. I had a problem with the AC whcih was rectified on complaint. Generally I would be happy to stay here again. "

"The Narcissus Royal is the best small luxury hotel in the city centre. I would recommend it over the Faisaliah which is now stupidly over priced and the other Narcissus which is a be heavy on the gold and marble. It has super in room facilities"
