Great staff!
Good location and wonderful staff. Hotel is very close to booth with street food which was a great alternative for us. Hotel allowed us to check out several hours later which gave us some time to rest before the flight.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. Especially we liked Abdullah. Whenever we needed anything he would make sure we got it. The beds were comfortable and the slippers and the robes were luxurious. We liked the area as everything was close

Very bad ventilation in breakfast area.The smell in the breakfast area is horrible , you end up in cooking smell before u go work!! More, the air freshener that is used is very strong and hurts the nose ..

Great comfort in a strategic position
The place is nice and very well maintained. You can see the care for details. The restaurant wasn't open everyday, probably for COVID restrictions, but one can order for room service. twice per week there is a special food event. Recommended. Things my change according to the pandemic, but this place was my best experience in Ryiadh so far.

The location of the property was good but the fact that I spent 3 nights and the toilet choked each day and twice in one day and instead of moving me to another room they just continued to unchoke the toilet which clearly needed more maintenance than was done each time.
