"I had to wait for four hours to check in.. front dest advised me there was no reservation for me.. i had to call expidia customer service (overseas) and then i found out it was one hotel personel mistak"

"The room was large. Breakfast was poor. Wifi connection was poor and going down regularly. Staff was helpful and trying to accommodate customers requests."

"قدمت للفندق ولم يجد الموظف اسمي لديه ولا يعرف تطبيق هوتلز وبعد حوار طال لمدة ساعتين وتحويلي لفندق آخر لهم ورجوعي له مرة أخرى وبعد الاتصال على هوتلز أدخلني الفندق واعطاني آخر غرفه لديه في الدور الارضي وتكييفها سيئ للغاية ( توجيه التكييف على السرير مباشرة ) . الافطار سيئ للغاية لم أجده بأسوء الفنادق عالمياً ولا افطار مدارس . الفندق أصنفه بلا نجوم ."
