"A group of friends go away together every MLK weekend. We're pretty picky about the place we stay in, as we need enough beds for 9-10 women, a good number of bathrooms, a big living room for us to all gather in, a large table to eat at and craft on, and a kitchen big enough for us to cook various meals. This house fit the bill, and we had a lovely stay. All communication was prompt, we were allowed to check out 2 hours later because of the snow, and we even got some fresh eggs delivered to us...

"Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the delightful aroma of warm bread, a fire crackling in the fireplace, and soft jazz music playing in the background—it felt like stepping into a dream.The owner went above and beyond, providing fresh eggs and a lovely bottle of wine, which added such a personal touch. "We needed a place to unwind and disconnect from our NY crazy life and this was the perfect place to do it. It was super clean, welcoming and cozy. Excellent location to enjoy snow activities, farm animals (loved the alpacas, chickens, and goats), and farmer markets. Totally recommended!! We’ll come back! "

"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"The farm was so beautiful! We had a farming experience. You could feed the cows and get the eggs. We rode on a tractor and in a motorcycle around the farm. We loved it! The room was great and the house gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious! We are eager to go back to stay again."

"Cute as a button and within a few miles of all main attractions in Lancaster, Pa. Hosts were so cordial, gave us privacy but were available if we had any problems. Will definitely be staying there again !"

"We enjoyed how big the resort is. Breakfast on site, the indoor pool and the children's playground were our highlights. We went from Sunday to Monday in the colder weather so there was not many people. We had the pool to ourselves and our kids had a really great time. The suites are really nice and have high ceilings with fans. "
