"I’ve travelled all around the world but I must say, Reykjavik has my heart. In part was because of this cozy apartment that feels like home. It’s conveniently located in a central area of Reykjavík, which was walking distance to many restaurants, bars and grocery stores. "This is the third time we have stayed in Reykjavik in Stay apartments. Would stay again. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, good facilities. Easy to access, great communication. Main point to note is that this is a great price every time we have stayed in expensive Reykjavik. The accomodation is priced great. Only annoying thing is the condensation each morning on the windows, but that could be due to it being a cold country and warm apartments. Still, we plan our return to stay here again! Thanks...

"We stayed in 2 bedrooms with balcony on 2nd floor for 6 nights. Place is small and basic in central location. 2 blocks from bus stop 9. Owner lives at property. Bathroom was tiny. Shower space was small, we managed. It was a small unit. No extra space to put bags. We joined 2 chairs to put our 2 carryons. Nice cafe and fast food nextdoor for early or late night meals. "

"The Ava apartments are ideally located for walking exploration around Reykjavik. We had a short challenge getting the access code to work and arrived before the cleaner was finished but it wasn’t a long wait. The street noise can be heard but just being in Reykjavik was such a treat."

"Very friendly staff and helpful with suggestions for things to do in and outside town. Rooms are quite nice with comfortable mattresses wonderful bathrooms with high pressure hot water available. The fact that the rooms are right in the middle of the downtown area made for easy access to everything. Three downsides. 1. "The Marina Hotel is a GREAT place to stay in Reykjavik; it's close to the water and a marina, but also in walking distance to the center of town and has numerous amazing restaurants all in walking distance too; plus the bar/restaurant inside the Hotel is excellent also. It has a unique and very cozy style with a big fireplace inside the lobby, lots of different rooms for groups to gather if needed, and the staff is super nice. I enjoyed staying there very much for 5 days and would stay there again!"
