"Me and my partner stayed 3 nights here and absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing and continually helping us with things around the city. Their smiles and kindness were the best part of the stay. The cave rooms were awesome and were in good temperature. The rooftop view is stunning and we got to see the sunrise each morning beautifully. The family who work here really make this place special. They provide very good prices for their activities so definitely book through them when you get to the hotel - you won’t miss out! "The hotel is located in a very good spot to see the balloons and to walk to little stores around. The hotel is so beautiful with Very nice staff. I have to say that we really appreciate what they did for ua when we called them to find someone to pick us up from the airport because our driver canceled the booking we had for pick up. I called the hotel and they contacted a shuttle to pick ups a the last minute which it really worked out really good for us. Thank you for your assistance "
