"The staff were amazing and very accommodating with bags. They actually have a pick up service depending on your arrival and departure times. This was a bonus since it worked out when we were leaving. Our room was very spacious and comfortable!"

"Good value for the money. Five of us stayed in one room. The building was older and the amenities were basic but you get what you pay for. The service was friendly and excellent. He didn't speak much English but it was easy enough understanding what he was saying and he had signs in English as well to explain things. Because of covid the onsen/shower hours are reduced but it was still enjoyable. The room was clean and a heater was provided as well as hot water for tea. The futons were clean and...

"Lovely Japanese couple owned. Great room size and has public onsen. Easy access to ski slope via bus stop near front door. Down sides were the age of amenities and distance from main town for shopping and nightlife i.e. buses stopped at 6pm so was a 30 min walk home."

"家族12人で、お誕生日のお祝いで、一泊しました。とても広くて、子供達も大喜びでした。部屋数も多く、みんな快適に寝ることが出来ました。日本のテレビが見れず、子供は喜んでいましたが、大人は少し残念でした。しかし、ゲームもありテレビをみる時間もないくらい楽しみましたので、大丈夫でした。メールの他に日本語の案内があると年齢層が高い方の利用も安心出来ると感じました。外観は、古いけど、中は素敵なリノベーションされていてとても良い空間でした。また、利用したいです。"
