"This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa. Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. "The staff while very pleasant are not well trained. We asked them a few questions about popular places in the city but they had no knowledge of the areas. This hotel is for business people and they appear to have few English speaking tourists. The staff was eager to assist but for the most part are young and inexperienced."
