"Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I wish they had, was a little shop to buy snacks and drinks so we didn't have to walk to a store, especially if chilling by the pool."

"We had a wonderful experience at Casa Flores. The staff was absolutely incredible. When I got sick they actually walked me to a place to get the proper medication and even made an elixir to help with my issue. In addition, the breakfasts were excellent and you even have a menu to choose what you want. "

"The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe....

"This property is in an excellent location between Lake Chapala and the town square. The building is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Lighting at night could be improved. We appreciated the fresh fruit for breakfast but other choices were sad. Info on local restaurants and events would have been helpful,"
