Restaurant and bar were closed. Jacuzzi was dirty. No services due to low season. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. We were the only ones at the hotel.

We found the property in a search with several others and not knowing the area or what to expect it looked to be the best choice. It was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the food and drinks outstanding. We chose the deluxe lake view room and it was perfect. Definitely want to return and stay again. Sad we only had one night to stay there.

I would stay here 100 times more. The pictures do not to it justice it is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake. Beds are comfy and food is very good. Staff was exceptional. Had to take many taxis and the hotel staff called them for us every time. And a tip if you pay your taxi driver a little bit more they will come back for you. Location was great just a few minute drive to lots of shopping and food. We had friends that biked from the hotel to shopping and they loved it. STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed!!

The area is very private and safe. Beautiful paradise setting and very clean. Only thing I didn’t like is that the front desk didn’t always have someone to help you. I had to walk around and find someone to ask a question.

the only thing was that, they were preparing everything for a big wedding, so it was a bit annoying that the people were working around us in the pool area and the view turn out affected. other than that was great.

Positive feedback: • hotel is well-kept. • beautiful location •comfortable bed • new construction • wonderful garden with a bar and great common areas/ammenities to hang out with your family or friends at the lounge bar or pool area. Things to improve: • black out curtains to be installed or at least fix the current shutters to prevent light from coming in. • there was a lot of noise from all the families with kids and babies, so not a very peaceful place to rest, if that’s what you’re looking for. • bathroom should be converted into a separate unit from bedroom (no privacy) • toilet walls so filthy with dry vomit • not always someone at front desk

Very noisy due to construction onsite in preparation for an event at the place. The management did not communicate this nor offered any apologies for the poor communication. On top of that, the place was very unsafe for kids as wood cutting and power tools being used next to the kids playground, very hot ground spot lights around the property and poor fence next to a high drop at the lake.

The property is gorgeous. Check in was a nightmare. Check in is from 2-4pm. We arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready. Waited 30min. The receptionist was very arrogant and had a higher than though attitude, very judgmental and pretentious. We were a group of 10 and she was interrogating everyone about how many ppl in each room even though we booked enough rooms to accommodate us all. She just had an issue with our group, borderline racist. Will never book here again.

No Walls in Room Bathroom
The staff wasn't at their post and it took 20 minutes for them to open the second security gate. The guard at the first station couldn't even reach them. When I checked in the gentleman at the front counter said it was because of faulty phones but then a call came in right in front he and I. He realized he was caught in a lie and then just handed me a keychain with things dangling from it and said your room is "T" and "There's no breakfast". One of the cleaning ladies outside my room explained that the white creidt card looking thing on they keychain was for the entry gate and the other object was for the room safe. The code-lock option doesn't work so that key/chuck can be copied. Lastly, and more importantly, the room has no complete walls and there is no privacy for your most private moment. There's also no air conditioning and only a fan above the bed. So even in the makeshift two-walled bathroom receives no air. The cleaning service also left pink stickies on a table saying "thanks for tipping". Here's a tip: that's tacky. Wouldn't stay there again. One and done!
