"The Hotel is excellent. There are currently renovations going on which means there are workmen on site but in the main the work was carried out discreetly. Except on Thursday evening when hammers and drills were being used right next door to our bedroom. Whilst this was probably a genuine error, hotel staff were slow to stop the noise which was annoying to us and other residents. Instead of immediately dealing with the problem staff wanted to give us explanations as to why this work was necessary. That is not good enough when you are charging the room rates that are being made. The noise was stopped but it took over an hour. This is poor customer service."

"Our stay was short but I wish we stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful and the we had a fantastic reception from Lucia! Very friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful. We stayed in a Premium room, which was very spacious throughout and impeccably clean. The location is great and the hotel is stylish with helpful friendly staff. We'll definitely come back here again! "
