"We only stayed for one night at this gorgeous hotel. It’s a stunning building which has obviously had a lot of money, time and effort put into it. The surrounding area is quiet and rural. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated in a traditional french style. We ate in the hotel on the evening, the service and food were lovely. Unfortunately due to an early start we were unable to have breakfast. "

"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "This is one of the beautiful but homely ‘hotels’ I’ve ever stayed in. We booked 3 out of the 4 available rooms. All very spacious and comfortable. A super accessible room. Above the lounge there’s a netting area you can lie on! The owner is so lovely and helpful. She speaks brilliant English which was a bonus too. "
