"We had a fantastic stay and this lovely lodge. Huge TV (wifi was a little hit and miss) really comfortable, had everything we could need. Hottub was lovely and location ideal. "

"Nice place, would stay again. Breakfast is awesome. Most of the staff are friendly, bathroom was clean, staircases are clean, modern furnishings. Owner was lovely. Only downside was that the beds were quite uncomfortable and it was roasting hot, even with the radiators off and the window open. But good value for what we paid. "

"My room (Cape town) was great the theme was fun. More a couple orientated room as no shower but a great jacuzzi bath. The grounds do have family orientated rooms. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was ok just simple continental stuff. The grounds themselves really nice, clean and maintained. 7 odd miles from Whitby about 20 mins cab journey but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I will definitely be staying again. I think it was good value for money."
