We felt that the hotel was well located; not eighth in the center of everything but totally walkable and near nice restaurants and other sites. The staff was friendly and attentive; the breakfast was amazing; the spa was wonderful."

"This is a very nice hotel with great amenities, the only problem was the parking - we didn’t know it was across the street from the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is a one-way and is incredibly busy during rush hour, so we had to circle a couple of times before getting parked. We walked back from downtown in the evening and the area felt safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff were all very friendly and chatty and more than willing to help. They even gave us a free upgrade upon arrival. It’s great that the hotel put out free cake, tea and coffee for guests for an hour each day. We also loved the happy hour each day! Valentina’s restaurant onsite was also very nice. Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Excellent sleep quality, lovely large bed and even with our daughter on a single bed sharing the room, it was a perfect size for our small family. Expedia perk of a free bottle of wine was redeemed at the bar (but we took it to our room). Minibar fridge was useful (for our own drinks!) and transport options to the centre were plentiful with a bus stop close by and metro 10-minutes walk away. For £56 a night, unbeatable value and would highly recommend."
