"I stayed here before and gave great reviews. However, on this trip, an unpleasant situation happened... Upon my arrival, the commode in my room was clogged. I called the front desk, asking to have a rep come & handle it. 2 hours passed with no one coming up. I called the front desk again and asked about the status. I was told the maintenance man was out today. I asked if they had a plunger I could borrow, and I would handle it myself. I was told yes; they would send it right up. An hour and a half passed with no plunger. I saw a housekeeper down the hall, asked her for a plunger, took of it myself in under a minute. WHY?!?! Why did I have to wait so long for that???"
