Read reviews about stained carpets, but was pleased to see this has been updated to laminate flooring throughout. Cleanliness was generally great, however the base mattress protector on the bed was stained and could do with cleaning/replacing. "The hot tub is probably the best part of the stay after a long day of hiking in Yosemite. The communication with the host was great. The house is very comfortable and clean, with easy parking and clear instructions. The only thing it could use is a few more towels, but everything else is so great that seems nit picky. Truly an awesome spot. "

"This place was amazing and the host went above and beyond. The space comfortably fit 9 people and there was plenty of sleeping space, beds, and couches to accommodate our party. The place has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. There is a lovely patio area. We were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Overall, it was a great stay and we were able to go to Yosemite no problem. It took about 40 min to get to the South entrance and 30 more minutes after that to get to the valley foor....
