"Upgraded on arrival to a room with a jacuzzi and real fire in the evening, which was nice. The room was a bit tired looking however and the pillows needed changing as they were musty smelling, also no cups provided either day. The guy who lit the fire and served breakfast and generally dealt with any queries was excellent. "

"Bence sitenizden bu oteli çıkarın... Otelin fotoğraflarında, dış mekan denilerek nehir kenarında izlenimi veriliyor... Oysa mahalle arasında bir otel... Gece gidip sabah çıkacağımız için özel konforlu otel istemedik.. Hatta ilk resepsiyona geldiğimizde, odanızda televizyon bozuk dediler, biz sorun değil dedik... Ama odaya çıktığımızda, banyoda sabun /şampuan yoktu... İsteyince getirdiler... Çarşaflarda eski müşterilere ait kıllar mevcuttu... Çarşafların yeni değiştiğini söylediler, ama kılları...
