"My husband and I took a family trip to Wineport with our parents, and stayed overnight. We booked three rooms, all of which had working fireplaces. The property is situated on the river in a quiet and secluded part of town with no other hotels nearby; there was a complete sense of privacy. Our stay at Wineport was memorable in more ways than expected. Although it was a rainy day, we were able to hang out at the lobby/ study area, watch the nature and take sips of various Turkish red wines....

"We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. We asked for a room to be cleaned that day. We then got an upgraded room which considering the hotel was not busy it would’ve been...

"Small room. Hotel had not prepared the room for stay of 3 people although they were informed. The room was prettily decorated but decorations left no room for us to keep our stuff. Bathroom provided no space to keep anything or hang clothes. Shower door was broken. Hardly anyone spoke English. "

"We booked room online. When we went this guy said rooms are fully booked and gave us the room with dirty commode an room was very small ( which we booked online he gave it to some other people) i asked to change the room because of the toilet he said its no problem its clean. Also they mentioned that breakfast is free but they charged for the breakfast. And breakfast was bread, fries, cheese n egg. Egg was uncooked. It was not even half fry egg. And the distance from airport is 1.5hour to 2...
