"The best value in Jerusalem "

"Its was comfortable and the room was bigger than i thought. i had the 45th room and it was spacious. the lobby could be better but probably the m2 in jerusalem is very expensive."

"Problem with the bathroom. Switched to another room. Hairs in the bathtub (in the second room). Have stayed in this hotel many times. Not as good as it used to be. Note: The description says that it includes breakfast. However, breakfast is not included."

"We had the family room which was nice and well suited to our needs. Breakfast was adequate with a range of options. Reception was not well staffed. Luckily we didn't need anything but there generally wasn't many staff around, apart from the morning. Check in was smooth. There's no bomb shelter in the building, but thankfully we didn't need to use one. This is a no frills place but comfortable and cosy"

"Jerusalem was quite different this year from previous years. I was at several hostels, it was a rule rather than the exception that there was nobody at the reception when I tried to check in. At this one I had to sneak in and wait for about an hour before anyone came. The place didn't feel like a hostel anymore. There were very few tourists or travelers; the hostel was occupied by guest workers from India, none of them spoke English or Hebrew."
