"The place was pretty much as described. Clean, comfortable, good location. Instructions for check in were clear and helpful. Just please be aware that if anything goes wrong, communication is terrible. There is no way to get directly in contact with anyone. You can send emails and texts, but response time was often very slow and unpredictable. I still have not received a plausible explanation for why lights kept turning off on their own with no warning or explanation."
