"Check in was slow, person did not what he was doing. Offered me to pay in installments then was told he can’t do that. Spoke in poor English even though I told him that I speak Hebrew. When coming back at 22:30 front door locked. I knocked and guard saw me. Made no effort to let me in. I realized side door was open and got in that way "

"The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals."

"Outside of the one parking guard who thinks that guests are subkecy yo her whims, the rest of the staff were excellent as were the facilities; however, I was surprised that there were no separate swimming hours for men and women and so I could not avail myself of the pool. Hope to go back"
