"We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). In addition, the bedroom/bathroom that is accessible through its own door smelled awful. We considered this...

"We loved this house but the beach made it so perfect!!! We tried a few other beaches and after a few minutes the kids all wanted to come back to our beach. It had the best big but gentle waves perfect for boogie boarding, and just splashing in the waves. Its a gorgeous sandy beach and not very busy. Its so great to be to just run back to the house to grab a drink or rinse off. Sunsets were amazing! We thought we would be hot all day but the gentle breeze off he ocean made sitting in the shade...
