"Everything was great. Staff and cleanliness of room was spotless and communal areas. I had booked this as could not get late check out with a previous hotel that was more expensive and just not great. I would be sure to stay here for longer time next time. Everything was great. I enjoyed it and would recommend. The location is great and many bars and restaurants are within minutes walk. Staff went of there way to help. Recommending. "

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"We loved our stay at this apartment! Everything about the apartment is exceptional! The location is perfect and close to everything, there's a 24/7 supermarket right across which is so convenient especially during the Christmas period. Even though we checked in late, the host was really good at communicating and they even took care of our luggage after check out, so we can still have a walkaround the city. The noise coming from the street below is to be expected since the location is right in...
