"This is a very beautiful hotel in a peaceful area east of Marrakech. The room was very comfortable and overlooked the large garden and pool. The staff are very kind and do their best to look after you. The owner appeared one night and offered me a glass of bourbon on the house. "We were very well taken care off by Souafian who ensured we had a comfortable stay at the Riad. He coordinated a day trip for us, arranged drop off to the airport and provided us helpful tips during our stay. We appreciate his warm hospitality. The room and facilities were extremely clean. The one suggestion we have is to improve the lighting in the room. Room was not bright and it felt dark throughout the day. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay. "

The thing about this particular property was that these guys made a special effort to introduce us to give us bite-sized introductions to Do's Dont of Morocco without any special prompting. "Riad Zara was a devine oasis. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean, with a magical quantity, making me feel like some sort of Moroccan prince. The old town can be a bit hetic, with the bustle of the souk at your doorstep. But upon entering Riad Zara it all disappeared, and i was wrapped in a blanket of colors and calm. "Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

"The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation.
