"Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Very nice hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site and secured by a guard. Relaxing atmosphere. Music by an on-site musician, which is much appreciated. Very nice pool, and close to the beach. Food so delicious that we didn't choose the à la carte restaurant."

"Really appreciated this hotel and especially the staff. The staff were very friendly to my family and me. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are pretty awesome. There are so many to thank. But special thanks to Manar (housekeeping) and Mohsen (lunch restaurant). They really try to make your experience unique and customized to your tastes. Very professional. You can tell they are professionally trained. Also the executive chef was extremely nice. Always stopping by and welcoming us. "

"First class hotel, all staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Hotel is in a great location if you like walking, which we do, 45/50 mins from marina along the Corniche and 5 mins from beach and a couple of restaurants. "

"This hotel was absolutely stunning, everything was very new and clean. Food was a bit pricier than other restaurants, but it was so much better quality and definitely worth the price! Staff and service were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also incredible. The only negative point and something to avoid - ensure not to book any of the excursions through the hotel, as they lied about trip times etc and charged us double the price for a trip that was exactly the same as the ones sold outside the hotel with other people who had paid a lot less! "My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when any entertainment that was going on around the hotel. It was not displayed anywhere and I was not made aware of any timings or where things were being held particularly for the evenings. All in all a brilliant stay. Thank you very much. "
