"The information about the hotel is not accurate. The hotel is very old. Very far from a 4 stars. No parking but they say they have a parking and charge you 15 Euro to park in the road in small places. If they would have said that they do not have a parking we would choose an other one. Breakfast very poor bad service and bad offer. No bacon. Staff impolite the manager left his car at the entrance so clients cannot enter. All the staff is not polite if you ask a towel they ask you 10 euro cash...

"Not a Safe place to stay. Dangerous! When I was in the room someone was trying to open the door. I was shouting from the inside the room but no one answered from the outside . I called the reception but no one answered. It was SO scary and I needed to call the police but they don’t speak English. The few minutes later, the someone was trying to open the door again. "For a 4 stars hotel there’s quite a lot room for improvement. The room was very old fashioned, the bathroom not too clean. The bed mattress was uncomfortable. There were 4 dogs around the swimming pool. The staff was quite friendly and helpful."

The rooms are very, very clean, and very well appointed. It is also the most eco-friendly room that we have ever stayed in in our lives. The beds are large and extremely comfortable.
