In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior. I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...
