"Everything about the room was pretty much great. I could tell it was newly refurbed (still had a 'new' smell to possibly the flooring). Everything was clean and in great condition, with THE VERY NOTABLE EXCEPTION that the shower did not work. I regard this as a major drawback. However, we did not notice it until it was late in the evening, at which time there would have been no one at the front desk any longer (it is not staffed after 6 pm), and it seemed too late in the evening to call the...
