"This beautiful, very clean and comfortable home provided the getaway we had hoped for. From the kitchen to the living quarters, we had everything needed for the comforts of home. The lakefront deck was so relaxing for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The shore road is a great, safe, route for walking and bicycling. We will definitely return. "Wow, wow and wow. We just spent a few days in this amazing home. It is everything that is advertised and way, way more. The attention to details in every corner is second to none. As soon as we got through the door, we felt welcomed and at home. Fresh cut flowers in the dining room table and chocolate over the pillows. Amazingly clean throughout. Soft robes in every bedroom. High end cleaning supplies in the bathroom and high end cutleries in the kitchen. It had everything we needed and more....

"Loved the sun room a true Birds Eye view. Enjoyed the birds. Very clean and neat. Very accommodating. Trip to the beach for sun sets at Southwick State Park amazing. Highly recommend Lakeview Pond trail to a 13 mile isolated beach."

"It was an easy jaunt to Clayton, Sackets Harbor & Watertown where we went Thur, Fri & Sat. The host was very accessible, getting back to our questions within 20 min! The property was extremely peaceful. We fished, had bon fires, sat by the river and grilled with no outside interference accept the local wildlife! Lovely outside area."

"The location of the house can not be beat! Having a large yard was fantastic for my kids during non-beach times! The house was very well stocked with an abundance of beach toys, outdoor toys, games, books and movies. The beach was only a 2-3 minute away down a well marked path in the woods. Mary checked in with me a few times to make sure we were finding everything ok (we did!) and check in was a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! "

"We enjoyed staying here. It is off the 'beaten path" enough to not have to deal with crowds. But also close to many attractions. Rick did a great job telling us what to be sure to see in the area. The Pool house is very comfortable, all you may need was there. Our only disappointment was it is not available during the winter! Great job to the Martin's!"
