"The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the ground floor apartment at Paula's place. The check-in process was easy and Paula was quick to answer questions. Paula's place is squeaky clean AND dog-friendly! Although we did not cook, there is everything there anyone would need who wanted to take advantage to the abundant seafood and traditional Portuguese foodstuffs available in New Bedford. "Stayed up here for a wedding in October 2024. Easy in and out with the key lock box and number keypad on the outside door. Love the parking lot next to the house. It's quite large. The kitchen has a weird layout. The sink is all the way down near the wall. It's a nice place to stay. Would come back for sure if I had another reason to be up in Bristol, RI. "
