"Very nice property. Staff / management should consider flexibility in the 4pm policy. We arrived just after 3 with the hotel almost vacant and was told it would be a $100 charge to check in at that time. Not a position that communicates customer service"

"I think I gave a review, the shower smelled and that was the only problem, the cleaning women tried to clean it. It just needs recorking. The people are friendly and receptive. If your looking for large rooms this isn't the place but they do a really good job providing what you will need with a little extra along the way. This place doesn't have a space where you can work so know this beforehand. I think this property is a gem for what they deliver. "

Birthday getaway

"Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, spacious and very clean with beautiful views on the harbor side. Casino and restaurants on site, but could use a few more breakfast options. Convenient shuttle to Chinatown every 20 minutes. Easy self parking. Friendly courteous and professional staff. Clean and spacious gym with plenty of equipment.. Ate at RED8, Frank's, Giardino and Wine and Cheese. Looking forward to going back and trying other restaurants. "
