"Have stayed here several times already. This hotel is in the perfect location you can walk to all the cool places in historic center. The fact that they offer free bottled water and cookies and fresh fruit also fresh coffee in the looby is a very nice touch! Front desk was professional and very welcoming. Hotel was super clean and the rooms are great size. I traveled with my elderly mother and she kept saying how she loved the hotel. We will be back again and again and again."

"Areli made our check in very pleasant. We were tired and hungry she made our check in smooth. She has outstanding customer service. We love the hotel; however; the buffet was out of butter and jelly. Also, I was hoping to get squeeze orange juice and real chilaquiles… not make your own with dry chips and salsa on the side. All the staff was super friendly. "
