"This was really more like an AirBnB than a hotel, except without the cleaning fees and service charges. It’s not “really” a hotel. There’s no sign or lobby (to speak of), you check-in via a lockbox, and there was no daily room cleaning. Our room (#C) was large with full appliances, great TV with Netflix and Roku, but it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. And there’s no A/C. The building is old, but charming, and faces a very nice park with cool drinking and dining places all around. ...

"We loved Condesa House! We had a spacious room with a large kitchen. The design and art are fascinating and gorgeous. We had plenty of space in our own apartment, but it was nice to also have access to the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. "This is a very nice hotel in the Roma Norte area. Super conveniently located around shopping venues. It was clean and the communication with the front desk was excellent. The only thing I can highlight that was odd was that cleaning the room required a charge of 400 pesos. One would expect this to be included in the price since it is a hotel. I liked that it also had a laundromat of sorts on the property, but I did not use it. I would stay here again."
