"The house itself was okay. Cleanliness could have been better, spider webs on doors, cupboards and even the sofa when we arrived. Rooms were spacious though poorly lit, giving everything a bit of a dim, creepy feel. Décor could do with a major update but this is as shown in the pictures so this doesn't affect my rating, but the mirrors that are hanging off electrical wires pulled from holes drilled in the wall were a bit concerning! "Perfect for just the two of us. Tastefully decorated and very roomy. Off the beaten tourist track which suited us down to the ground. Another couple staying with us, though, would've presented bathroom difficulties. Steep flight of stairs to bedrooms could be tricky for anyone with mobility problems. We'd definitely consider going back!"
