"Lovely little property located in a quaint village:) Staff members were super friendly on arrival and the whole check in/out process was smooth. The property has a lot of charm but needs a little tlc. The bathroom is basic and shower not great but the rest of the facilities in the room were good. The bed was a little on the hard side and very squeaky. Overall a good stay and for what we paid we were happy :) thank you x"

"This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views."

Absolutely beautifully renovated and decorated - the perfect blend of old and new. Immaculately clean, every room is unique and the downstairs is perfect for socialising. "Quiet rural location on farm property which also includes the Swallow Hall Golf Course. The stated Hotels.com location is wrong, The Paddock is located closer to Wheldrake, not Acomb or Poppleton."

"A beautiful house, extremely clean , had everything that could be needed. We really appreciated the homely extras that were left for us - a very kind gesture. Perfect location and fantastic communication prior to the stay from the owner. I would certainly return 😊 Would definitely return."

Little night away

"Great location, right next to train station and couple of minutes walk in to the centre. Hotel was beautiful, very impressed. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. A couple of hairs and a bit of dust in the bathroom, so could have been better, but was by no means dirty. Would definitely go back"
