"The boutique hotel stood true to it's name; small, intimate and quaint. It always smelt good, giving a "clean feeling" as you walk passed the lobby. The waiting area behind the check-in counter, just by the coffee shop, was big enough to accommodate a few, and small enough to keep a good conversation going. Would suggest adding bedroom slippers to the rooms as the floor gets cold -we checked-in on winter time. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a posh, stylish, boutique hotel,...

"Great hotel in the FiDi, easy walk from the 2 or 3 line of the subway. The elevators were a little slow and there is a bit of a wait. The car size was standard, so people checking in or out with luggage, only 6 or 7 fit comfortably. The rooms and common areas were clean, the Residence Inn side of the hotel was nicely appointed. We travel to NYC often and this will be our second choice in FiDi."
