"Had to switch rooms, first one was not acceptable, Second one was newly redone and very nice. Hotel was lacking manager and it showed in neglected seasonal holiday decorations…lack of care. I used to live and work in Frankfurt across from hotel when it was the hotel!"

It seems only a piece or two of furniture here and there were reupholstered recently. "Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend."
