The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage.
