"The check-in time is 3:00 pm and it's a bit strict. If one wants to check-in before 3, the half day rent has to be paid. More or less services are quite good. Rooms are equipped with bare minimum necessary stuff. Access to local food and few nearby restaurants. The breakfast is a bit monotonous and typically not many options. Overall, experience was Ok. "

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos. They offered tattoo covers but I thought they looked a but silly as I ended up looking like a patchwork quilt. We did did go down the hotels cable car to check out the relaxation room and enjoy some ice pops and tea. My only disappointment was being offered dining option times of 5:30 or 7:30pm, we asked...
