"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift.
