"We stayed at SO vienna from the 14th-17th March my Daughter took me for my 43rd birthday weekend. Hotel is spotless, food is beautiful, room absolutely gorgeous, soa delightful. Had a lovely stay even though it rained for the first 2 days it did not stop us exploring. Would definitely stay here again! Staff so attentive and the property is gorgeous! They even gave us a decent big umbrella each when it was raining, lifesaver as did not bring one. Upon check out gave us water for our taxi journey...

Staff members are also very nice and having high standards for customer experience. I will definitely use the hotel again. One thing I would suggest is to put more room signs where people can see.
