"We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance. "

Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. "Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."
