We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! "The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
