The Alex delivers it all: An attentive an accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent location just outaide of the city (but a 5-10 minute walk to the train station) great views overlooking the lake, i could go on. "This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems.
