"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in as it ticked every box for us; we were there for four nights. The decor is beautiful, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nicely furnished, the dining and relaxation areas - including the roof-top terrace - were all delightful. Above all, every member of the hotel team we met was friendly, courteous and provided excellent service. We are re-booking for later this year."

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
